I am an International certified yoga teacher with a Master’s degree in Yoga (Msc Yoga – Therapy ) & RYT ® 500 recognized by Yoga Alliance Australia & USA, professionally having over 5000+ hours of teaching experience to my students. Certified to teach HATHA YOGA, PRE-PREGNANCY YOGA, PREGNANCY YOGA or PRENATAL YOGA, POSTNATAL YOGA, YOGA NIDRA, PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION, RELAXATION, BREATHING TECHNIQUES & RESTORATIVE THERAPEUTIC YOGA.
I was a corporate professional with degrees in Computer Applications & MBA in Human Resource with over 8+ years of experience with multinationals. The amount of self-satisfaction and realization Yoga brought to me was beyond comparison with my corporate journey in spite of me being at the helm of my corporate career.
Initially started yoga for my own wellbeing, the quench for deeper knowledge led me to attend professional courses. While neighbors noticed a significant change and were curious to know & learn yoga, which inspired me to start yoga sessions. In the course of time, they have reaped the benefits of yoga-like being more energetic, flexible, calmer & also observed their alignments being cured. These sessions encouraged me to reach more individuals & groups in and around the locality.
Meanwhile, I got an opportunity to conduct Prenatal / Pregnancy Yoga sessions in multiple leading Maternity Hospitals like Cloud Nine, Kangaroo Care & The Ninth Month. The classes have been designed for all trimesters including private and group sessions. Also associated with Corporates for Desktop Yoga.
In the journey I found many individuals be it, pregnant ladies, corporate executives, mothers, etc., quite stressed for various reasons. Looking into it, exclusive classes were made for restoring their energy to calm oneself by deeper breathing technique, meditation & yoganidra.
Personally, I feel yoga need to be experienced by everybody, not just for physical postures and aesthetic looks alone but to develop equanimity and experience the comfort and completeness within. Classes are focused on asana ( Physical Posture), pranayama ( Breathing Practices ), and meditation.
I, strongly believe yoga as a holistic approach towards one’s overall growth mentally, physically & emotional wellbeing.
