Anything that causes you stress be it in the office, home, relationship, traffic, watching TV, or heated arguments, all create stress unknowingly. Sometimes stress occurs due to unpleasant incidents in the past which have caused a deep impact on mental health, harshly spoken words, lingering negative thoughts, manipulative thoughts, and anything and everything that is unnatural to the system. So, when we remember such unpleasant scenarios or incidents, there are always feeling and emotions attached to thoughts and now you are reliving that moment and creating the same situations again and again, the prolonged stressful situation naturally impacts physical, and psychological disturbance in the system. These kinds of stress are happening with children and adults in today’s world.
