Yoga is an absolutely essential requirement for everyone. I was looking for a proper yoga class. But, this COVID problem actually made me contact Attune to Yoga & they offered online yoga classes. From day one, Shweta has been teaching my son and me in an absolute patient way. She has explained the importance of each and every yoga asana and the need to do in the proper way! Her level of patience is much appreciable the way she handles my 7-year-old kid’s questions regarding yoga is superb! We really wish to continue learning yoga from her I have even referred Shweta to many of my friends. I sincerely thank Shweta for all her efforts. Most importantly, my sinusitis problem is now fully gone after practising pranayama with the help of Shweta thankyou again.
Megha & SkandaMy Doctor would always say to me “Nannette start some yoga for back pain”. If you can strengthen stomach muscle it will help to carry your back. Having a thyroid issue for 30 years as well did not help either, and most people are aware that complications come with that disease are debilitating, it was a double-edged sword. When making the decision to begin my journey with Shwetha, I knew there would be changes eventually and was comfortable with the fact that it would take time. Having my grandson for more than 5 hours and not being able to walk for the rest of day was one change that I wanted so badly as a new grandchild was on the way, I wanted to be there to help.
It has been two months now and the changes that I have had are somewhat a miracle. I had my grandson for overnight for the first time since he was born and he is 3 years old. I woke up this morning and we both jumped out of the bed and went to the kitchen for breakfast. That my friends, it is the best feeling in the world for me, minimal aches and pains. Shwetha has been concentrating on my back pain and thyroid and my anxiety and I have made huge improvements. My breathing, as people who have thyroid know, has improved tremendously. I feel stronger and more powerful yet calmer than I have felt for many years.
I would highly recommend Shwetha. Her dedication to me as the client speaks volume about the person she is. A very spiritually calming dedicated and individualized service catered for my own special needs. I will be turning 60 next week and yet I can feel my mind and body turning the other way and reversing the clock backwards to a younger healthier me. Namaste.
Nannette BourneSwetha is an expert in what she does and definitely authentic and one of kind. She makes you feel comfortable and can channel what you need. She tailors every session to your unique specific requirements. I instantly felt a strong connection to her soft beautiful voice, energy, and vibes. My mom put me on to Swetha as I was going through an emotional time and not sleeping. She helped me regain a regular sleeping pattern and ease my anxiety. She’s so talented and in tune with yoga/meditation. She really helped me through a rough time. You instantly feel lighter and clearer after one session. I am so thankful to of crossed paths with Swetha. Thank you for helping me.
LaureneI was at my wit’s end when I had to stop my normal yoga and Pilate’s classes due to bursitis. I was unhappy as I was in pain, couldn’t sleep and I missed exercising. When I saw Swetha’s advertisement on Facebook I had my fingers crossed that this would be a solution to my problems and it was!
Swetha tailor makes the sessions to suit the requirements of each client’s particular problem. Each session is slightly different with small improvements on each occasion and never boring. Not only has she helped with the pain which is almost gone, but she also helps me feel better in general towards a life with a more positive attitude and refreshed feeling. She is a natural healer that I have been recommending to all my friends and family
Janie NeedhamI am Dr Kshama Kamath , I am a Gynecologist, Yoga for me has been about physical & professional endurance. There are many myths about yoga which people have and many of my patients ask me. I would say that yoga is a flexible and holistic approach to health.
As a practitioner, I recommend yoga to my patients. On a personal level, I also learnt yoga from Shwetha who is associated with Attune to Yoga. My personal experience if I say it was really good and highly appreciative of her efforts in terms of improving personal health as well. Really great full to Shwetha and further on I would want to associate with her when I need.
Now if pregnant patients do yoga it is of benefit for improving the stamina and flexibility. From the second trimester i.e from the 5-6th month of itself, if the pregnant women start yoga, it improves the body flexibility reduces a backache & person gets physical and mental wellbeing.
Dr Kshama KamathShweta personalized some asanas for our ailments and we see a lot of improvement in our physical, mental & spiritual health. She is always cheerful, friendly & gives lots of health tips.
R.Reddy & Hima BinduYoga, my first feeling is I missed out. Why did I not start yoga earlier? I had no idea about Yoga. I thought it was a slow and boring exercise. My friend Agnes asked me if I will partner with her to do Yoga. I said ‘YES’ not to do yoga, but to spend time with my friend. Little did I know, what I was getting into, I have never felt this good with myself. One session and I was in love with Yoga.
The credit goes to my instructor Shweta. Her style is what is so motivating. She has an amazing sense of perception – she understands my moods and needs and accordingly plans the sessions. She brings the best out of me. Shweta is extremely patient and encouraging. Her best asset is her cheerful nature. To me Swetha and Yoga are synonymous.
After I started practicing Yoga, the aches, and pains that I get after sitting long hours in front of a PC reduced. Yoga has also helped to relieve me from painful migraines. I believe I don’t need any painkillers, Yoga is the medicine for both body and mind.
A month into Yoga, my husband saw a change in me and got motivated to do Yoga.
My aunt in law who was visiting us also started sessions with us. She was unable to lift her left-hand due to a shoulder problem. Shweta helped her with same exercises and now a month later she can lift her hand to a considerable extent.
When I first met Shweta, she told me “I believe in being Healthy & Fit” – that’s how I feel now.
Thank you, Shweta.

Just after first class i was more confident and happy about my decision to join prenatal yoga. It really helps in being active and flexible.
Also, would like to share my wonderful experience with Shwetha. She has deep knowledge of yoga and meditation. Each Asana she teaches has its own benefits for a Pregnant Women. She doesn’t overstress her students and gives keen attention to each individual. At the end of every class, she dedicates 10 minutes for meditaton which really helps in relaxation and its refreshing as well. Thanks a ton to Shwetha, glad that i found you 🙂
