Description
Chair Pose (Utkatasana) is a powerful standing yoga posture that strengthens the lower body while improving balance, stability, and focus. Although it may look like you’re simply sitting in an invisible chair, this pose activates multiple muscle groups at once, making it an excellent addition to any yoga practice. Chair Pose also encourages good posture, builds endurance, and develops mental resilience.
